Batang Lupar

Batang Lupar Bridge is currently the longest river-crossing bridge in Malaysia with a length of 4.8km.  Spanning across the Batang Lupar river mouth, the RM849 million project is to replace the existing ferry service that transports people and vehicles across the river.  It will provide a permanent, all-weather and uninterrupted bridge-crossing that will greatly improve the livelihoods of the people who crosses the river daily.
