HEAD OFFICE
Traffic Management Officer
Job Description:
- Implement and oversee each stage of the Traffic Management Plan for the project.
- Arrange the traffic team for installing items like blinkers, barriers, signboards, and other traffic devices.
- Lead the Traffic Management Team (TMT).
- Handle traffic-related duties, meetings, presentations, training, and requirements like Arahan Teknik Jalan (ATJ) and Road Safety Audit (RSA).
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and training for traffic matters.
Job Requirements:
1. Qualification: Possess at least a Diploma in Civil/Building or any relevant fields.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in construction related fields would be added advantage.
3. Skills & competencies:
a) Strong administration skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and documenting.
Project Engineer
Job Description:
- Overall authority for the entire project and hold complete responsibility for the correct and timely execution of the works.
- Shoulder full responsibility for the execution of works as per anticipated job quality with effective cost control and schedule control which will eventually lead the project to a successful and timely completion.
- Assist in leading a team of professionals and technical staff in planning and executing day-to-day operations and liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, nominated subcontractors (NSC) and relevant authorities.
- Prepare and update Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for new project.
- Assist to prepare letters/correspondences.
Job Requirements:
1. Qualification: Possess at least a Diploma in Civil/Building or any relevant fields.

Site Engineer
Job Description:

2. Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience in construction related fields would be added advantages, preferably with Consultants with exposure to infrastructure development.
3. Skills & competencies:
a) Strong administration skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and documenting.
b) Good communication and time management skills.a.
C) Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, 3D graphic software and AutoCAD.
HPUNIMAS
M&E Coordinator – Electrical
Job Description:
- Coordinate all electrical, ICT and medical equipment including the design, engineering, service route, supply route, interfaces and installation detail.
- Coordinate all electrical services with architectural, civil and structure, medical equipment planner, interior design on plan and drawings.
- Review and analyze M&E design & coordination plan through BIM, to identify and provide solution to clash analysis together with contractors, vendors and designers.
- Review design and construction documents to ensure they meet project specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure documents are submitted and reply timely between contractor, consultant and client.
- Coordinate with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure updated information are relayed efficiently and project objectives are met.
Job Requirements:
1. Qualification: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
2. Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in coordinating the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in construction projects.
3. Skills & competencies:
a) In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.
b) Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.
c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
