JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review design plans, process or test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the problem.
- Assess, provide corrective action or recommend improvement on all construction processes and procedures to ensure that the quality standards and controls are maintained.
- Coordinate and perform inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing models.
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and test to construction regulations and ensure adherence to the procedures.
- Take care of QAQC documents of the projects including certificates, calibration test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instruction/observations and other QAQC reports
- Offer technical guidance and support in response to quality testing and analysis.
- Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job Safety Environmental Analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on the specifications of the project.
- Liaises with project teams, contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities on quality-related matters.
- Promotes and maintains a safe working environment and practices, in compliance with the company’s policy and HSEQ management system.
- Ensures construction processes comply with local, and industry standards and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualification: Possesses at least a Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.
2. Experience: 6 years and above of working experience in construction-related field would be added advantages.
3. Skills & Competencies:
a) Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
b) Strong analytical and problem solving.
c) Strong team-oriented personality.
d) Computer literacy for report generation.
e) Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
