Following one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals of Zero Hunger, during MCO 2.0 Perbena Emas joined forces with The Spring Shopping Mall to provide for people who are in need of food and essentials. Over 6 days, 1580 hot food packs were served and 1885 essential food aid was packed and given to the public. Through the generous donations of friends and business partners, the Food Pantry was also able to give a cash donation to Kuching Food Aid.
The first day of this event was officiated by Dr Sim Kui Hian (Minister for Local Govt & Housing Sarawak) and Dato Wee Hong Seng (MBKS Mayor) who helped distribute some of the food items to those in the queue.
